At AYN Studio, we create customized products just for you. Since each product is made to order, we have a special return and exchange policy. Please read the details below.

1. No Returns for Customized Items

Since our products are personalized based on your order, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Once an order is made, it cannot be canceled or changed after production starts.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help. You can request a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is different from what you ordered (wrong design, size, etc.).

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If your product is damaged or incorrect, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at aynstudio.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Attach photos of the damaged or incorrect product to your email.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

4. Replacement or Refund

Once we review your request, we will offer:

  • A replacement product at no extra cost to you, or
  • A refund to your original payment method, if we cannot replace the item.

Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.

5. Shipping Errors

If the wrong item was sent to you, we will cover the shipping cost to return it and send the correct product.
