Creativity

In these times, something like creativity can be essential. We are alone, we are having a lot of scary thoughts and we are becoming motionless. In certain situations like this it can cause a lot of problems over circumstances that people are already dealing with.

We are feeling anxious and terrified of the future.

Every time we turn on the T.V. there is something horrible on the news. People are dying and more and more cases are coming forward.

The world seems like it is ending.

In times like this it is easy to lose hope. It is easy to become numb to everything around us. But, we encourage you to be creative. We encourage you to keep going and fight for the people who you love, and fight for our freedom.

There are a lot of ways you can tap into your creative side during all of this. You don't actually have to create something to be creative, as it can be more of a reflection and meditation for your spirit.

Read an eye-opening book.

Figure out a puzzle.

Listen to a podcast.

Lay out in the grass and sun, feel the rays hit your skin and reflect on good things.

Take photographs.

Make a drawing.

Brainstorm a new project with a friend.

Walk to a park and take in nature.

If you're religious, focus on your beliefs and reflect.

If you are not religious, rely on your primal instincts and reflect on your inner self.

Love hard, all around you.

Become proactive—talk about things that are bothering you, stand up for what you feel is right.

Be human—allow yourself to feel everything and don't push any emotions away.

It can be easy to get lost in the world we live in right now. This has been a time for people to completely change their outlooks and views on life. Do not take this time for granted—focus on yourself and your loved ones.

We feel your pain, we understand the emotions you are going through, because we are feeling them too. Be honest and kind to yourself today, and get creative. This is what has been saving us!
